Shutter Can't locate Proc/Simple.pm in @INC Troubleshooting

This Post Come from a Troubleshooting of a Shutter Bug on Opensuse Linux.

The Issue Treated here is About the Error Manifested by: "Can't locate Proc/Simple.pm in @INC".

1. Open a Terminal Window
2. Check perl is Installed

   which perl

3. Login as SuperUser

   su

4. Install the make Package Prerequisite

   zypper install make

5. Start the CPAN Console

   cpan

6. Install the Proc::Simple CPAN Module

   > install Proc::Simple
